We’re going to make a bigger burger so we’ll start out with 24 oz. of ground beef, turkey, or chicken to make 6 oz. burgers, that doesn’t mean you can’t make them smaller and serve ‘em up slider style or a mambo size ½ lb. belly buster.
Here’s what you’re gonna need:
Enough ground beef chicken or turkey to make the amount of burgers you’ll need to feed the crew
1 jar of Salvatore’s Pizza Sauce
About 4 oz. of your favorite pepperoni, sliced and chopped
At least 1 lb. of shredded mozzarella

Pan fry, grill, broil or bake, the one you see in the picture is a turkey burger, pan fried, served on a roll made with our Salvatore’s Rustic White Bread Mix with a slice of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and baby spinach.
