Create a well for the oil and water.
Add water and olive oil
Time and time again people tell me they would love to make homemade pizza and bread but they don't have a stand mixer, here is a fast easy way to mix dough by hand.
Add yeast to the flour and mix together.
Using your thumb, index and middle finger, run your hand around the inside edge and mix the flour with the water and oil slowly until all the flour is mixed.
Your going to want to have some all propose flour on hand, the dough may be sticky and putting a small amount on your hand will make it easier to work with.
Once you have the dough ball formed…
Sprinkle some flour on a hard surface roll the dough on the surface and knead until the dough is smooth, you will get better with this in time.
